For Executive Producers
EPs responsible for entering national liners need access to the iHeart station within PromoSuite Next. National liners can only be created and distributed through this account by going to Programming > Programming Elements > National Liners.
This video demonstrates how to create weekly national liners: https://www.loom.com/share/5adc3f07fbba4cf49bf97771255573d7
The majority of stations will enter their own local liners and will not run scheduling; scheduling is run automatically. Most of these stations operate on a clock set up to run in parallel to a contest clock. These clocks typically have no avails from 6-9a M-F but otherwise have 2 NATIONAL and 4 LOCAL avails per hour that rotate.
For a more detailed look at these clocks please see this video: https://www.loom.com/share/63a694d21b5449d985e239f55185fc25
In order to get content to rotate appropriately and to meet the daily requirements of each liner, copy is set up to rotate within a single liner entry per day/week, as explained in the above video. Here is a grid that explains how to set copy percentages based on the number of required reads per day:

FAQ
Q: What if I don’t have enough content to rotate throughout the day?
A: You can always over-deliver, break liners down into smaller pieces of copy and add more to the rotation, and/or include an Open Break.
Q: How can I add a station’s name/website to the liner copy?
A: In the Script/Copy WYSIWYG text editor select the ‘M’ icon to insert the appropriate merge field.
Q: If I need to make a change to a liner that’s already been created and distributed, do I have to go into every station?
A: No. Changes made in the National Liner will be distributed to the copies of the liner in all the individual stations. You can also delete a National Liner to delete the local copy.
Q: What if I need to rotate multiple pieces of copy for an individual liner?
A: You’ll just factor that into your rotation percentage. When in doubt, round up!
Q: Do I need to use the Copy ID field?
A: YES. This is necessary for Proof of Performance data.
Q: When does the automated scheduling run?
A: Weekly starting at 11pm local time on Thursday night running into Friday morning.
Q: What if a station gets liners in late, or changes have to be made?
A: The automated scheduling will check for changes each night, and if scheduling needs to be run, it will do so at 11pm local time.
Q: Can I enter and distribute my Format Center stations’ local liners through the National Liner interface?
A: Yes you can. Make sure you are selecting the “LOCAL” category and selecting the appropriate Participation list.
Q: What can I do if a station wants to opt in or out of automated scheduling?
A: See this video for instructions: https://www.loom.com/share/ce7436004da94a6c95c995a997b9807f
For Format Center and Other Stations
If you are taking advantage of this program and wish to simply enter your own local content without having to worry about scheduling or anything else you will simply create a weekly liner with rotating copy. This single liner will be assigned to the LOCAL category and you will set all the copy within it to rotate according to the number of plays necessary.
Please make sure you select the LOCAL category. You do not need to enter a # to run. You should make sure copy ID is assigned to each piece of rotating copy. Use the chart below to determine rotation percentage of copy. If you have more avails per day (roughly 4 per hour) than content, you can add an additional piece of rotating copy as an Open Break to give the talent some freedom.
