Andrew Smith named Director, Product Integrity
Michael Englebrecht is new Director, Client Services & Business Process Automation
NEW YORK, NY – PromoSuite announced today that they have promoted Andrew Smith into the newly created position of Director, Product Integrity where he will serve as the liaison between sales, client services and the product development teams. Additionally, Michael Englebrecht has been elevated to the position of Director, Client Services & Business Process Automation where he will lead the Client Service team while focusing his efforts on streamlining onboarding, training, and support.

Andrew Smith joined PromoSuite in 2013 serving as Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Director, Client Services. Smith has a radio background, starting his career in 1996 at WECW-FM, a student-run station at Elmira College in New York where he served as Operations Coordinator, General Manager and on-air talent. After an internship with WAXQ-FM/New York (Q104.3), he landed at Citadel/Syracuse, NY as a member of the Street Team, then local producer of the Howard Stern Show on WAQX-FM (95X) as well as on-air on WLTI-FM and WIII-FM. After five years, Smith moved to Binghamton, NY where he served as Promotions Director, evening host on WHWK-FM and afternoon drive on WAAL-FM.

Mike Englebrecht also has a deep radio background that began in 1997 when he joined WKQX-FM/Chicago (Emmis) as an intern. Over the next seven years, he held leadership roles within marketing, sales, and programming. In 2004, he transitioned to Emmis Interactive where he held various positions including Director of Affiliate Relations overseeing client success and technical support. Emmis then moved him to NextRadio (TagStation) where he served as the Director of Product Engagement. In 2018, Mike went out on his own where he began to help companies across the country with business process development and workflow automation.
