PromoSuite announced today that it has promoted Vice President of Sales Rachel Field to the newly created position of Chief Revenue Officer. In her expanded role, Rachel will oversee all of the company’s revenue streams, including new and existing business, market forecasting and business development opportunities.
“When we brought Rachel on board 19 years ago, we knew she had the potential to drive revenue,” said CEO Rocco Macri,” but we had no idea her approach would be transformational for our company. She believes in relationships over transactions, and that philosophy has set the tone for all of our interactions with clients, prospects, co-workers and other vendors.
“On a personal note, I rarely make a decision without her input. Whether it’s a key hire or finalizing the menu for the holiday party, I’m fortunate to have her by my side to guide our company in the right direction.”
Field, a graduate of Lehigh University, joined PromoSuite in 2000. She was promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2005, Director of Sales in 2011 and Vice President of Sales in 2015. Field holds a master’s degree from the New School for Social Research and also worked in the non-profit world before she joined the PromoSuite team.
“What an honor!” said Field. “I’ve called PromoSuite my home for most of my career, and I truly consider my colleagues to be family. I am so appreciative of Rocco and Chris [Bungo, cofounder/CTO] for the opportunity to flourish both professionally and personally, and I’m looking forward to our continued growth!”
